In 2016, I partnered with Fluidmaster, a global leader in toilet repair and water management products, to redesign its website with a mobile-first approach. As Art Director and UX Designer, I established the visual direction, designed the wireframes, and collaborated with an Information Architect to define the site's structure and user experience.
PROBLEM
Fluidmaster needed a responsive website that made it easier for homeowners to quickly diagnose common toilet repair issues, find solutions, and access the right products across desktop and mobile devices.
SOLUTION
I created the visual design, wireframes, and user experience for a streamlined, mobile-first website focused on clarity and ease of use. Working closely with the Information Architect, we developed an intuitive navigation system and repair guide that improved the customer journey. The proposed design was ultimately implemented and became the foundation of the Fluidmaster website users see today.
